Weapon Sales Policy

Our customers' safety is of utmost concern to us.  Weapons will NOT be sold to persons under the age of 18.  All weapons are intended for demonstration, training or decorative purposes.  If used for demonstration or training, proper supervision should be provided and care should be exercised. 

Many weapons are illegal in your area: nunchakus are not sold to NY, CA or MA. Throwing stars are illegal in Indiana.

Product Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied.  Items can be returned for exchange, refund or credit within 30 days. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Items returned must be in original packaging. No returns are accepted on special order merchandise.

What to do:
1.  Send us a letter (or call us) indicating why you are returning your purchase, along with a copy of the original invoice.  Let us know what you desire in exchange. 
2. Wrap your return securely in a strong box and return to us prepaid. 
3.  You will be credited by the original method of payment excluding shipping and handling charges. 
4.  Please allow 2-4 weeks on all returns for exchange, refund, or credit. 
5.  In order to make returns as convenient as possible, you may return the items directly to our main store at 618 Wabash Avenue, Terre Haute, IN.  Please call our store to find out the current store hours.  (Locally call 232-6555, toll-free call 1-888-232-6577).   

Recycling Notice

Kamikaze Karate recycles shipping containers.  We believe strongly in preserving our world's resources.  You may notice that the box you receive your order in was used previously.  The box may not be new, but you can be assured that your order was packed with the utmost care.  We think recycling our shipping containers helps our environment, and we hope that you will support our position.  Our earth thanks you!

Privacy Statement

Our customers' privacy is important to us.  When you signed up for our Preferred Customer Club or for our newsletter, you did so by personally coming into our store, signing up at a tournament or notifying us by e-mail or phone of your desire to become a part of our Club.  We understand that you did NOT intend to become a member of every other list out there, and therefore, can assure you that our customer list is confidential and is not sold to anyone, EVER!! We believe strongly in an opt-in policy, rather than opt-out.  Please contact us if you have any questions.

Security While Purchasing

Web security while transacting a purchase has gotten a lot of attention, and with good reason.  We want to assure our customers of our commitment to security:  when entering your credit card information online, notice the address will have an "s" after the "http" in our web address.  This indicates a secure server.  But that is not the only way we insure our customers' purchasing security online:  our orders can only be retrieved by US, from OUR PC, with a combination public/private encryption key.  This is the only way we can retrieve order information from the secure server.  In the event that an intruder was able to "steal" an order log, they would be unable to do anything with the encrypted information.  Our web host and e-commerce provider operates on the premise that sites WILL be broken into, and constantly works to provide the utmost in security.   For more information, please see http://www.mercantec.com
